This Japanese restaurant is definitely not new. We have reviewed the food from the other branches at Clementi previously and today, we are to add more review of the other food ordered.
Here's our dinner menu today:
1. Black pepper beef don - tasty beef slices fried with onions and bell peppers. This don is rather salty and even the miso soup that comes with it tasted blend. Improvement should be made.
2. Chicken nanban set - this set comes with salmon sashimi, soft shell crab tempura, miso soup, rice and fruits. This set is big enough to be shared among 2 pple. Chicken nanban wasn't very tasty and the food is a little cold. Soft shell crab wasn't crispily fried as well. I had to ask for some mayonnaise to enhance the taste better.
3. The sushi were the best of all. We ordered tamago mentai sushi, spicy tuna roll, fried salmon roll and tuna inari. The tamago mentai sushi is a must order. Flamed mentai on sweet egg. Awesome dish. The rest of the sushi is common in taste with not much exceptions.
Meal was considered average in all and much improvements could be made at this branch.
