The menu prices are economical and offers quite a wide variety of noodles and rice dishes. We ordered as follow:
1. Papaya salad - spicy and appetizing appetizer. Shredded papaya strips tossed with fish sauce, lime juice opening one's appetite before the main meal.
2. Sukhothai noodle with Kurobata - type of noodles can be chosen. We ordered egg noodle cooked with clear and flavorful broth. There are lots of ingredients in this dish. Meat balls, minced meat, wantons pork slices etc. A must try dish to eat.
3. Fried tofu - I do not recommend this dish because it smells and tasted like smelly beancurd. Guess it's the way the tofu is processed with their water. Really smells and tasted like sewage.
4. Stir fried cabbage - cabbage fried with garlic and fish sauce. Though a simple dish, but very tasty.
5. Pork noodle - this is the simplified version of the Sukhothai noodle. Just a few pork balls and minced pork in clear tasty broth.
6. Fried marinated minced pork ball - this is another must order dish. Well marinated minced pork with Thai spices and deep fried. Crispy yet tender on the inside.
7. Braised beef basil with rice - this is another spicy dish. Beef was tender but very spicy as the dish was cooked with chilli padi. Really needed the soup that comes with the dish.
8. Stir fried pork with garlic and pepper and rice - pork slices are very tender and stir fried fragrantly with garlic and pepper sauce.
As compared to Have a Zeed by steak Lao, would prefer the dishes from Have a Zeed. The food overall taste is nicer with fresher ingredients.
