Segar Restaurant is newly opened in Star Vista and they are having an attractive promotion. They are selling their recommended curry fish head dish at $15 with any purchase of 1 food item.
Since we have been craving for curry fish head since some time back, why not give it a try since the promo ends in end Nov?
There weren't many pple and no reservation is required. We took the outdoor seats since weather was fine and cool. We ordered beansprouts with salted fish as one of the fish to get it at $15.
The curry fish head was served 10 mins later. Wow! Lots of vegetables and tau pok floating in the thick, piping hot gravy. The fish was a little small but just nice for 2 pple to share. Meat was tender and fresh and tasted great! I love the gravy and the beancurd skin in it. Thumbs up for this!
The beansprouts with salted fish was fragrantly fried as well. The beansprouts were fried to the right texture. Crunchy with no raw taste. Mmm... We both enjoyed our dinner very much.
