Qiu Lian ban mian is an old time popular ban mian stall with Singaporeans. They have quite a number of branches and they are usually located inside Food Republic. Food Republic at Vivo City is one of them and Westgate is another.
Since I am down on a soupy diet these few days, we decided to go for ban mian from this old time stall. We ordered fried fish ban mian for both of us. Generous with their serving, they gave 4 huge pcs of fried fish on the ban mian.
The noodle texture was just right. Not too hard or soggy. There were lots of vegetable and ikan billies in the soup. This branch at Westgate is good and has always been consistent in their serving quality.
Go give this stall a try for a bowl of hot piping ban mian in a cold weather.
