Good Taste Seafood Garden, a tze char stall located at Holland drive, is always recommended by our colleague. Thus we decided to give it a try today since we are dying of hunger after work and wanted to settle our dinner at a nearby place.
The tze char stall is located at the left corner of the coffee shop and there were not many servers around. Business didn't look that good. This stall was patronised by some artistes like zhou chong qing. We browsed through the menu and decided to order some common dishes like hotplate tofu, mongolian pork ribs and fried string beans with pickled radish.
The Mongolian pork rib was the first dish served within 10 mins. Deep fried pork ribs fried with curry leaves and sauce, it tasted real good. The ribs are so tender.
The sauce goes really well with rice. Next up was the hotplate tofu. The ingredients were rather little but the unique thing about this dish is that it had water chestnut bits which gave the crunchiness every bite.
Lastly came the fried string beans. Portion is generous for this and it was fry in pickled radish and mince meat. Definitely very tasty.
