As we finished our cancer run, we were looking for a place to replenish the energy we lost during the 10km run with our buddy, Dave. Since we seldom explore East Coast Park, we decided to browse around the area for a nice cozy cafe to charge up.
Driving around former Big Splash area, we decided to give St Marc Cafe a try. The cafe offers a much wider range of food like burger, weekend brunch, pasta and desserts as compared to the other outlets in VivoCity etc.
We were welcomed by friendly staff and showed to our seats in a very cosy environment. Menu was electronically driven and we ordered 2 plates of big breakfast with different toast and also a egg salsa croissant. Drink list was cappuccino, flat white and latte.

The breakfast set was huge, with fries, scrambled eggs, ham, sausages, tomatoes and toast. All food was well done and could actually easily be shared by 2 people. I love the egg salsa croissant. So fragrant and tasty.
The coffee drinks are excellent as well with the right combination of coffee roast and milk. This cafe is a great place to catch up with friends. No service charge and gst is included in the price on menu already.
Would definitely visit it again if we go East Coast Park the next round.
