We were at takashimaya basement food fair whereby we stumbled upon a stall setup by Ah Loi Thai. This is a popular and recommended thai restaurant by many bloggers. They were cooking and selling some of their recommended dishes like mango salad, green chicken curry etc.
Since we managed to knock off earlier today and were quite impressed after trying their dishes, we decided to drop by their actual restaurant at shaw towers beach road.

The restaurants only opens till 8pm on wkdays and 7pm on wkends. We reached there abt 530pm and there weren't many customers. Dishes are ordered and had to be pay in cash before serving.
We tried their highly recommended butter fried calamari, fried mango chicken, fried omelette with minced meat and fried tapioca leaves. Food were served within 10mins and one word to describe them: AWESOME! The omelette was fluffy and crispy, chicken so crispy and tender, calamari sinfully buttery and vege so tasty.
No service charge and gst required and Ah Loi Thai is definitely a worthwhile thai restaurant to visit.
