Craving for Korean food but yet on the heaty side, korean spicy dishes and fried chicken were definitely not on our list today. We have always heard of Andong Zzimdak at Cityhall, so we decided to give it a try since its Korean chicken stew and the dish shouldn't be too spicy.
Our first jimdak was in Korea at Myeongdong in May and we fell in love with the taste of the stew and tenderness of the chicken. With such high expectations, we entered the restaurant and ordered their special edition version.
Byol byol jimdak. Basically its chicken stew with mozzarella cheese. We ordered a bowl of rice to go with the sauce.

The dish came in 10 mins and as expected, it was huge! It coulf easily feed up to 3 persons. The dish was a little spicy but the cheese kinda of neutralise it. Stew was excellent and chicken was tender, just like in Korea.
Looking at the before and after will tell one how much we love it! Paying with UOB credit card, a $15 return voucher is given for $60 and above spent. Though it was excellent, the price is rather steep. It is 1/2 the price in Korea.
Nevertheless we will back!
