There is no need for much introduction to this ever popular Japanese restaurant. Since it is my birthday month, we wanted to make use of their special entitlement of 20% off birthday month to try out their new limited period tantalizing delicacies.
We ordered the following items:
1. Sunset roll - this is a special roll prepared by JEM outlet chef. It has fresh salmon sashimi topped with mango pcs and fish roe. Within the roll is spicy crabmeat. The roll was good but a tad little too much mayo.
2. Tara fried - pcs of fried cod fish with tonkatsu sauce. Fish slices were very fresh and crispy.
3. Tori kurozu-an - sweet and sour chicken karaage. It has a fusion taste with a Chinese factor in it. Goes so well with a bowl of plain japanese rice.
Other than the limited edition delicacies, we ordered our usual unagi roll, meat gyoza and yasai miso soup which needs no more introduction.
Sushi Tei never fails to surprise customers with their new creations.
