This is another branch of the popular tze char chain, Ming Kitchen. We ordered our favorite sweet potato leaves with fermented beancurd to have a comparison to the same dish previously ordered at Holland V branch.
We preferred the Holland V branch better. The version at Clementi is drier and has no garlic and ginger fragrance. Besides this dish, we ordered 2 others: salted egg chicken and luncheon meat and chinese sausage omelette.

The salted egg chicken was a little disappointing. It was dry though we expected slightly more gravy. Their sweet and sour pork ribs are definitely better.
The omelette was satisfying. Having 2 of our favourite meats, we enjoyed this the best. Though it was not as fragrantly fried like those thai omelette, it still made a good combination with rice.

Overall, it seemed like the branch at Holland V serves better dishes but we will continue to explore more of their other branches to give a comparison.
