Teahouse by Soup Restaurant at IMM

Located at level 1 of IMM, Teahouse is another concept of Soup Restaurant that serves dim sum, congee and other roasted meat noodles besides the standard dishes like scallion ginger chicken.

We were there for our family dinner today. Here are some dishes that we ordered:

1. Scallion ginger chicken - their popular must order dish that accompanies with lettuce. The chicken is tender but found the dish a little cold.

2. Sweet sour pork with pineapple - fried pork cubes fried with green pepper, onions and pineapple. Goes extremely well with white rice.

3. Mushroom broccoli - braised broccoli with mushroom and bean curd. Rich and tasty.

4. Spinach canopy with 3 eggs - fried spinach braised in 3 eggs ( century egg, preserved egg, egg).

5. Tofu prawn - super thumbs up for this dish. It is egg Tofu cooked with prawns and chilli crab sauce. Lovely sauce to be dipped with fried or steam mantou.

6. 2 soups (black chicken soup & cordyceps soup) - rich tasty soup simmered in chicken and pork ribs respectively.

7. Braised pork trotters vermicelli - canned pork trotters cooked and simmered with super fine beehoon and chestnut. Very delicious.

The dishes at Teahouse is indeed delicious but they are rather expensive. Restaurant can be considered for family gatherings.
