We are back at JEM foodcourt to explore the rest of the stalls. Today's list is rojak from Royal Rojak and Korean food from Han Kook Kitchen.
Royal Rojak, as the stall name states, sells mainly rojak and some other side dishes like bbq cuttlefish, bbq tau pok stuffed with bean sprouts. It is manned by 2 male staff. We ordered the medium size rojak. Portion was generous and very rich in flavour.
The rojak sauce is much thicker than the famous brother rojak stall in Clementi. Best thing of all, it has jellyfish in the dish.
Though it loses out to Whampoa rojak, would say that it is comparable to the one in Clementi.

Our main dishes are hotstone bibimbap and saba & chicken hotplate set from Han Kook Kitchen. Han Kook Kitchen is owned by an authentic Korean lady so the dishes do retain some Korean flavour, especially for the bibimbap. The saba fish was fresh and juicy. Overall a good Korean stall to try.
