Mitzo, a contemporary Chinese cuisine restaurant, is located on the 4th floor of Grand Park Orchard hotel. It has been awarded several awards for its delicious modern Chinese food.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a group of warm and friendly staff who happily showed us to our table.
The restaurant was heavily decorated with glass panels and mirror, giving it a very modern look. There is also a bar in the restaurant for customers to enjoy their happy hour drinks after dinner.

Mitzo Signature BBQ pork
Dinner menu was ordered ahead of time to save on cooking time as some of the food like their signature bbq meat needs longer preparation time. Here's what we had:
1. Mitzo signature BBQ pork ($18) - caramalized tender bbq pork that melts into your mouth on 1st bite. The fat and meat combination was awesome but its a tad sweet for some. Rating: 4/5
2. Braised fish maw and seafood in carrot soup ($14) - freshly grinded carrot soup simmered with fish maw and seafood bits like crab meat. Soup is velvety sweet and delicious. Rating: 4/5
3. Deep fried prawn with salted egg ($28) - 5pcs of succulent huge tiger prawns fried and coated with salted egg sauce. So fresh and crunchy! Rating: 4.2/5
4. Stir fried kailan with mushroom and pine nuts ($26) - generous portion of mixed mushrooms with kailan, lily bulbs and pine nuts. Tasted just right with vegetable freshness. Rating: 4/5
5. XO fried rice with lobster meat and mushrooms ($24) - fragrantly fried XO fried rice with generous ingredients including lobster meat. Love the individual rice grains so evenly coated. Rating: 4.2/5
Service was awesome and so was the food. Guess the only negative point will be the price but for its quality, its still worth it!
