Tempura Tsujiki Tenka is the 1st restaurant by Tokyo Sushi Academy, featuring tempura by chefs graduated from the Academy and exclusively for Japan Food Town at Wisma Atria.
The restaurant serves mainly dons and makis, with their most popular don being their signature Tenka tendon. At $16.80, the tendon comprises of tempura vegetables, prawns, chicken and fish.
The tempura batter was light, and does not feel too oily. Drizzled with their light tendon sauce, it serves as a great lunch or dinner meal. Flavoring is light as compared to others like Akimitsu. Rating: 3.9/5

I went for their 2nd popular dish, the Aburi salmon mentai don ($12.90). Thinly sliced torched aburi salmon drizzled with sauce on sweet Japanese rice. Not the best aburi salmon don but still above average. Rating: 3.8/5
We ordered chicken tempura ($6) as sides. Rating: 3.8/5
Love their sourish sauce accompanying it. All dons come with mini salad and miso soup. The restaurant is not big so do come early to avoid queue.
