As the restaurant name speaks, this place is supposedly great for its gyoza. Since we have had a heavy lunch earlier this afternoon, we decided to try the different gyoza varieties for dinner.
We sat at their counter seats whereby we gotten the chance to see how they prepared their gyoza. The gyoza is wrapped using machine, thus this ensures an equal amt of filling in each gyoza. The pan frying of the gyoza is controlled as well. We see the chef cooking the gyoza at 1m32s so that they turned out juicy and not overly fried.
We ordered their popular gyoza with bonito flakes, mentai mayo gyoza and red bean gyoza for dessert. The tasty gyoza dishes have 5 pcs each while the dessert dish has 3. The gyoza has definitely not disappoint us. As we bite into it, the meat was juicy and crunchy. Simply delicious!
We will definitely be back to try their steam gyoza and other rice dishes like garlic fried rice. A place to come for excellent gyoza.
