Found ourselves opposite Sim Lim Square. Not to get tech stuff but to try a popular tze char restaurant at Burlington Square: Wing Seong Fatty's restaurant.
The place was crowded on a Friday evening, with lots of tourists. Finally gotten a table outdoors and here's what we ordered: Garlic fried dou miao, sweet and sour fish slices, thai style tofu and lastly, their homemade jumbo springroll.
Serving of the dishes were so fast! Within 5 mins upon ordering, the first dish was out! All dishes with a homecook taste.
Giving thumbs up for their thai style tofu. Crispy, soft and with the superb sweet and sour sauce, it really opens up your appetite. The jumbo springroll has lots of bean sprouts and vegetables in it. Something very different from the usual turnips.

This is definitely a place to visit again to try the other dishes like belachan fried rice, Singapore fried beehoon.
