Finally the long awaited weekends.. Since it was a Friday, we made our way downtown to Orchard to continue to explore our food journey.
Today's venue is tze char at Far East Plaza. There are quite a no. of tze char restaurants there and many of them are halal. We decided to go for Sakura Cuisine which was situated on the 5th floor of the building.

The food was served within 10 mins upon ordering. Service was swift. 2 thumbs up for the fried beehoon. Fried with generous portion of ingredients, the beehoon has a little chao da taste which adds to the taste of the dish.
Hotplate ee mee was a little disappointing as it was tad too salty although ingredients was generous as well.

The sweet and sour fish was definitely good and it goes really well with plain rice. Fish was fresh and sauce homely cooked.
Sakura Cuisine is a good halal tze char restaurant to consider for family and friends.
