Ming Kitchen at Clementi central has been taken over by a new tze char stall, Kang Lin Kitchen (康林小厨).
The menu variety is great and offers many more versions of meat dishes with the same cooking style. Example is their Mongolian ribs which can be done with chicken for non pork eaters.

We ordered 3 mains and a plate of rice to share.
1. Fried kailan ($8) - stir fried baby kailan with garlic. A little oily but very tasty indeed. Rating: 3.8/5
2. Mongolian chicken ($12) - black pepper sauce with fried chicken. Love the tenderness of the chicken and generosity of sauce. Rating: 4/5
3. Fuyong egg ($7) - big portion of egg omelette fried very fragrantly with char siew bits and onions. Yummy! Rating: 4/5
Overall, Kang Lin Kitchen is definitely comparable to the old Ming Kitchen and in fact tasted better. We will definitely be back to try others.
