Fujiyama Dragon Curry is the latest Japanese food chain that has joined the crowd at Orchid Hotel Tanjong Pagar. As the restaurant name states, it focuses on the best curry rice items that could be offered.
Prices ranged from an average of $15.90 to $20. As the portion is huge, we decided to order their All Topping Wild Curry to share. It comes with 1 huge and juicy chicken karaage, 1 pork cutlet, generous portion of pork belly slices, minced pork, cheese and topped with benedict egg. We opted for their healthy grain rice and chose the original spiciness.
The food was served within 10mins upon ordering. Portion is indeed huge and could be shared among 2 with free rice upsize. The curry is thick and spicily delicious. Gives you the punch in taste every mouthful. Simply shiok!
The miso soup tasted very delicious as well. After eating the curry, you can pour in the chicken soup on the table to make curry porridge. It helps to reduce the spiciness.
For $19.80, we found it a very worthwhile dish to share among 2 people. It definitely won over our taste bud as compared to Monster Curry.
We will be back for more curry rice!
